2021 Organizational Life Meeting and Democratic Evaluation of Party Member Work
On March 11, 2022, the party branch of Henan Xianwei Law Firm held a party member meeting and organizational life meeting to summarize the party building work for 2021 and carry out democratic evaluations of party members. All party members and active party members of the party branch attended the meeting, which was presided over by Comrade Guan Guofang, the organizing committee member of the branch.

Summary of Party Building Work
Comrade Guan Guofang conveyed the notice on the 2021 Grassroots Party Organization Life Meeting and Democratic Evaluation Party Member Work Plan issued by the Organization Department of the Luoyang Municipal Party Committee. Comrade Yang Xintao, the branch secretary, represented the branch committee to report to all Party members, reviewed and summarized the Party building work of our firm in 2021, and deployed and arranged the work for 2022. All Party members were required to actively play the role of advanced models, strictly abide by the professional ethics and professional discipline norms of lawyers in their work, highlight the fighting fortress role of the Party branch and the leading role of Party building in the work of the law firm.

Democratic evaluation of party members
All party members conducted criticism and self-criticism, comprehensively identified their own shortcomings, deeply analyzed themselves, proposed rectification measures and goals, and filled out the "Party Member Democratic Evaluation and Evaluation Form" for democratic evaluation and evaluation.
Comrade Cao Mingzhe was elected as the disciplinary inspection committee member of the branch after unanimous vote by all party members of the branch. Comrade Cao Mingzhe stated that in future work, he will lead by example, enhance his party spirit and actively cooperate with the branch secretary and other members to better carry out the party building work for the law firm.
