  On the afternoon of September 22nd, Comrade Yang Xintao, Secretary of the Party Branch of Henan Xianwei Law Firm, led a group of 12 law firm party members and partners, including Song Heng and Xiao Chun, as well as some party members and active party members, to Henan Chengran Law Firm to learn and draw on the advanced experience of the Party building work of the Party Branch of Henan Chengran Law Firm. They also participated in the Party building exchange and learning activity jointly organized by the Party Branches of both law firms and the Party Day activity symposium on "Being a Good Lawyer Satisfying the Party and the People". The symposium was chaired by Guo Shuming, Secretary of the Party Branch of Chengran Law Firm, and attended by Shang Xuhui, Director of Henan Chengran Law Firm, Shi Huisheng, Deputy Director, and some party member lawyers.

Shang Xuhui warmly welcomes the delegation led by the Party branch of Xianwei Institute to exchange and learn. And it is stated that the party building of law firms should be normalized. As a member of the democratic party, I believe that party building work should be "daring to think, dare to act, and dare to speak". Through this activity, we can more intuitively feel the necessity of strengthening communication and cooperation in the legal industry. Each law firm should promote and improve each other. I believe that the party branch of the law firm and the party branch of the law firm will continue to improve with everyone's joint efforts!

Finally, Yang Xintao gave a concluding speech, expressing his gratitude to Chengran for his full support and careful preparation for this exchange and learning activity. He emphasized that our legal team in Luoyang should first improve our political stance, enhance our initiative in learning, strengthen our ideals and beliefs, and enhance our theoretical literacy. We should also grasp the learning methods, strengthen the effectiveness of learning, and continuously improve our political judgment, understanding, and execution abilities. Secondly, it is necessary to continuously strengthen communication between law firms, especially in terms of party building work and business development. It is even more necessary to strengthen communication, learning, and cooperation. Finally, he summarized with the eight words of "unity, cohesion, support, and development" that we must uphold a clear political stance, be loyal to our duties and courageously take on responsibilities, adhere to our original aspiration and dedication, improve our quality and skills, cultivate our moral character and self-discipline. We must always practice the concept of serving the people as lawyers, actively carry out the activity of "being a good lawyer who satisfies the Party and the people", strive to practice in accordance with the law, regulations, and honesty, and welcome the successful convening of the 20th National Congress of the Party with practical actions.

During the symposium, both parties reached a preliminary consensus on mutual assistance in the training of young lawyers and other related work. The symposium was successfully concluded in a pleasant atmosphere. This themed Party Day event conveyed organizational warmth, enhanced the sense of belonging, achievement, and happiness of party members and lawyers, and further strengthened the confidence and determination of lawyer party members to remember their mission and responsibilities and strive to be good lawyers who satisfy the Party and the people.

After the symposium, Yang Xintao, as a representative, first presented a three color art "Ding" porcelain plate gift to Chengran, symbolizing "based in the Central Plains and radiating to the whole country", wishing Chengran's development continued to improve. Finally, all attendees from both sides took a group photo as a souvenir.
